A new app called Hero is making it easier for consumers to find the right medication, and its makers say they hope to help people get the best care.
The company’s app is available for Android, iOS and Windows Phone devices, and has been downloaded more than 70,000 times.
Hero is designed to help consumers find the medicines they need and then use that information to find their own prescription refill in a matter of minutes.
The app is similar to the existing Medscape app for prescription medications.
The app is designed for consumers who use mobile phones or computers.
Hero users can also see which medicines are currently on the market, which pharmacies are accepting refill requests, and what kinds of products are currently available in stores.
Hero’s app has also been used by doctors to help patients find medications and to get them into their own medicine cabinet.
The product has been a hit with patients.
A study published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases found that Hero helped more than two-thirds of patients find the prescription refills they needed in less than 30 minutes.
More than 10 million people have downloaded the app, according to Hero, and more than $15 million in monthly revenue is generated.
“We have seen a dramatic increase in the number of users of Hero,” said Dr. John E. Tewksbury, director of the National Institute of Health’s Center for Infectious Disease and Immunity.
“And so we’re excited about it.”
Hero was created by a team of doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
The company, which was founded by former Apple CEO Steve Jobs, uses software from the Cochrane Collaboration to analyze medical research to help physicians, pharmacologists and patients.
Hero provides consumers with a tool that allows them to easily find medicines they may need, without having to consult with a pharmacist.
“It’s really about taking a patient’s medical history and helping them find what they need based on what they’re already thinking,” said Erika Cottam, the founder and CEO of Hero.
“The most important thing that Hero does is to get the patients the right medicine at the right time, when they need it, and with the right amount of care.
That’s really our mission.”
Hero uses an algorithm to look for medications that patients have tried and found to be the most effective.
It then provides patients with a list of medicines that it believes can provide the best possible health outcome.
For example, Hero says that it can help people who have hypertension or diabetes by finding a drug that may help reduce their blood pressure or help them get enough calcium in their diet.
Other drugs in the list include antidepressants that have been shown to reduce depression and improve memory and cognition.
Hero also helps patients get the vitamins they need for their health and to fight the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation.
Hero has been able to identify more than 100 million medicines, or nearly 20% of the pharmaceutical market, so far.
