A new study by researchers at the University of Leeds, University of Sussex and the British Medical Journal has found that herbal medicine containing ingredients such as chamomile, sage and licorice can be effective in reducing symptoms of depression.
The findings are based on clinical trials and suggest that the combination of these herbs can help people feel better and feel at peace, the researchers wrote.
Sufi herbal medicines are traditionally prescribed for treating chronic illness such as arthritis, hypertension, arthritis pain and other chronic conditions.
Sufis believe that by taking these medicines, the body is being cleansed of toxins and excess toxins, thereby bringing about a change in state of mind.
They also believe that these medicines have medicinal properties that are beneficial in combating various illnesses, including arthritis pain, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety.
In addition, the combination may reduce symptoms of fatigue, fatigue related stress, anxiety and insomnia, and promote better sleep, researchers wrote in the study.
A small but growing number of studies have also looked at the effectiveness of these supplements in people who are currently taking prescription antidepressants.
The aim of the study was to find out whether the combination therapy of two herbal supplements could be more effective in treating depression than either of the existing treatments.
The research was carried out in the US by researchers from the University at Albany and the University College London and the UK by researchers in Birmingham, the University and the Institute of Psychiatry at King’s College London.
What are the main symptoms of the condition?
According to the Mayo Clinic, depression is a chronic, often disabling mood disorder that often affects up to 40 per cent of the population.
Depression is the leading cause of disability and cost the UK economy £2.8 billion a year.
It is one of the most common chronic illnesses in the UK, accounting for around 7 per cent or 7,000 deaths each year.
According to research from the Mayo Foundation, the average person suffers from one of three different types of depression, which may affect a person’s ability to do work, concentrate and feel happy.
People with major depression often feel guilty and have problems in their relationships.
There are different types that are different in how they respond to treatment, the Mayo researchers said.
There is the “sad depressive,” which is the most severe, and there is a “depressive depressive” which is more mild.
A more mild form of depression is known as the “positive depressive” and this is thought to be more common.
People who have depression are also at greater risk of suicide.
According the Mayo research, there is also a higher risk of substance abuse and substance-related problems.
The combination of two herbs could help alleviate symptoms of these illnesses, and also help reduce the risk of depression and suicide, researchers said in a statement.
